Forge offer one of the largest selections of aftermarket valves available on the market today. Whether you own a VW, Audi, Mitsubishi or Subaru and you are looking for the exciting, loud, whooshing rally sound or the most efficient type of diverter valve, Forge have a valve for your application. Many of the Forge valves are designed to fit in place of the original factory valves, giving the customer the simplicity of an easy and direct fitment with improved valve performance.
Forge valves are suitable for most cars with a MAF (mass air flow sensor) and will not cause any engine idling or stalling problems due to the revolutionary and often imitated twin piston, twin spring internal design. The Forge valves are an excellent upgrade to most turbo and supercharger applications. |

Twin piston Blow off valve with side vacuum nipple
Suitable for most turbo cars with an Air Flow Meter.
Made from billet aluminium, this atmospheric diverter valve dumps the charge-air to atmosphere creating the "Whoosh" sound when the throttle is lifted. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably.
Unlike single piston or diaphragm diverter valves, this uses counter balanced springs and dual pistons to prevent the valve from leaking air into the intake system at idle. This prevents our diverter valves suffering any of the failures associated with single piston and diaphragm type diverter valves. This version of our popular FMDV004 valve has the vacuum connection on the side of the valve which is ideal for those applications where space is restricted.

Switchable Blow Off spacer
A switchable spacer for the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo engine which allows a choice of Blow off (loud) / Blow off and partial recirculation (intermediate) or total recirculation (quiet). This gives you the choice of exactly how loud you wish your valve to be . Please note the adjustable FMFSiTA valve is not suitable for the Audi A4 due to clearance issues - please use the FMDVFSiT for these vehicles.
Please note: This spacer fits the turbocharger mounted solenoid valves and will not fit the latest 2007 on, remote mounted solenoid valves, on the S3, 30th Edition Golf and Leon Cupra R, which have a different bolt pattern. For these vehicles please see FMFSITR.
This is a replacement for vehicles fitted with the OEM solenoid valve part number 06F 145 710 C.
This adjustable spacer will NOT fit in combination with the FMFSITVR
